The automation division designs and realises complete solutions for automatic process control. Areas of focus lie in water supply, waste water treatment, heat generation and distribution, dam monitoring and control, electric power supply, and a variety of industrial processes.
The palette of services of the automation division is oriented toward the in-house design and manufacture of all essential components of an automation system. In this way, we reduce the number of interfaces within a project and can better adapt to our customers' needs. We thus guarantee and take personal responsibility for quality and adherence to schedules.
Quality assurance is an integral component of our project work and is reflected in a process-oriented quality assurance system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. In 2003 we won the Quality Prize awarded by the State of Thuringia. The in-house production of all essential components enables us to test a system, with all its complex interactions, before delivery. In doing this, we simulate the technological environment and the interfaces as accurately as possible. This results in shortened start-up and break-in periods on-site, thus reducing system downtime.
